1. Go for a healthier version: when it comes to Holi you can add some creativity and replace your fried gujiyas with baked ones, the popular Holi snack tikki chole made with potatoes with those of sweet potatoes. How can we leave our dumplings aside? Since we want to keep it healthy prepare it with spinach, fenugreek, and gram flour and have them with coriander and curd chutney.
