so even if you are eating a lot, you don’t gain weight.

see an irregularity in menstrual cycle.

Eating: Calories, Correctness and Consistency
Calories transform into mass. As simple as that. Sometimes you just have to eat more. Make eating a

But, remember! Just eating a lot is not going to help you much. You have to eat right. You have to
induct calorically dense food (olive oil, peanut butter, chocolate and mother of them all_MILK!) in
your diet. You have to eat protein so that when you exercise your mass turns into hard muscles not
pudge around your body. You have to eat mineral so that your bones can take the weight.
And, the last; consistency. Eat six small meals instead of 3 or 4 irregular meals. Three little nutritious
meal is better than one big ass meal which makes you burp and feel like an overstuffed bear all day.
Make a schedule, stick to it. Gluttony is a sin, skipping a meal, even more so. Remember that.
Stressed out? Will lose weight. Living your life one takeout after another. Will lose.
Lifestyle is the biggest reason for your inconsistent eating habit.
It could make you anorexic (not-eating) or Bulimic (eating too much and then getting it out) without
you even knowing about it. It could damage your gastrointestinal system, so your body will not
absorb the nutrients from your food.
