Suggested Use: To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, it is suggested to use 1gm. of protein per pound of body weight per day to form a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day.Mix 2-3 tablespoons in a glass of water or skimmed milk in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubes then again blend for 20-30 seconds and a delicious protein shake is ready. On training days take minimum of two servings daily, one serving within 45 minutes of after training and the other serving between the two meals i.e. between lunch and dinner.
