What’s the first thing that most of us think of when we think of weight gain? Food, lots of it. Pizzas, French fries, burgers. Sorry to disappoint but that might not be what you are looking for.
We want to gain weight in a healthy manner and keep ourselves in good physical shape. There are several ways to bring our weight gain regimen the right way.
1. At Least 3 Meals Per Day: We need to increase our calorie intake. Our aim is to develop a calorie surplus, where we gain more calories than we burn. Having 3 to 5 meals a day will facilitate that. Ideally, eat every 3-4 hours and never spend more than 5 hours without eating.

2. Lots of Proteins: We want to build up our lean muscle mass, and for that, we need a protein-rich diet. Great sources of protein include meats, eggs, dairy products, and nuts.
